Preparation :
Combine flour, salt and pepper in one bowl and in another put the
buttermilk and in the last put the saltines. Coat the steaks in the
flour mix, then the buttermilk then the crumbs.

Heat oil in a skillet. Cook the steaks to the desired doneness.
Add the soup and milk to the pan drippings and mix well.
