    Lemon Fish


    1 lb. whitefish or sole fillets
    1/4 cup lemon juice
    1 tsp. olive oil
    2 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
    1 onion, sliced
    1 tsp. dried parsley


    Cut the fish into serving size pieces.  Place in an ungreased baking dish.
    Drizzle with the lemon juice and oil.  Sprinkle with the lemon pepper.
    Arrange the onion over the fish and sprinkle with the parsley.  Cover and
    let stand for 5 minutes.
    Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes or until the fish flakes.
