    Pizza With Olives


    Pizza Dough

    • 1 package (7g) dry yeast
    • 250ml warm water
    • 150g (1 1/2 cups) white bread flour
    • 150 grams (1 cup) wholemeal bread flour
    • 2 tbsp olive oil
    • 1 tsp salt


    Put water into mixing bowl. Pour yeast over water, stir in, and leave to sit for about 10 minutes until creamy.
    Add remaining ingredients and knead for about 7-8 minutes in a mixer, or about 10 minutes by hand. The dough should be elasticy and smooth.
    Let dough rise for about 1 hour, or until double in bulk.
    Makes enough for 2 kid sized and 2-12 inch pizzas.
