Ingredients
1/4 cup thickened cream
2 tablespoons cherry brandy or kirsch
20 glace cherries, (red or green)
1/4 cup desiccated coconut

Method
Step 1
Follow step 1 of Basic truffle recipe (see related recipe), replacing vanilla with cherry brandy.
Step 2
Follow step 2 of Basic truffle recipe (see related recipe).
Step 3
Using palm of hand, flatten balls to form discs. Wrap discs around cherries and form into a ball. Place coconut in a shallow dish. Roll balls in coconut to coat. Place on prepared tray. Refrigerate until firm.
