Banana contains many vitamins like vitamin B and vitamin c ,elements like manganese, potassium, calcium and fibers and the bread gives your child the amount he needs from healthy carbs which give him energy. Orange juice will give your child a boost of vitamin C which is a powerful anti-oxidant.

    How to make it :
    Just spread the butter over the bread and add the sliced banana, cover with another bread slice. Toast it in a pan for 1 min each side, the banana will melt a little over the butter and that what gives it its super delicious taste.
