Ingredients

2 Garlic cloves, minced
3 Tablespoons oil
1 Tablespoon vinegar
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
2 Medium onions
Salt and pepper
1/2 Kilo beef (thinly cut)

Method
- Mix all spice, add garlic, oil, vinegar and lemon juice.
- Rub onions with salt and pepper, add it to the mixture.
- Combine beef with the prepared mixture.
- Cover and marinate overnight in the fridge.
