    Grilled Seafood recipe


    ½ cup olive oil
    3 Tbsp lemon juice
    5 garlic cloves, minced
    2 Tbsp oregano, chopped
    2 Tbsp parsley, chopped
    Salt and pepper to taste


    • Mix all ingredients and marinate shrimp or calamari, refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
    • Thread in skewers and grill, or bake in the oven.
