Ingredients:
- 1 cup fat-free yogurt
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- 1/2 tsp of mustard sauce
- 1/2 tsp of vinegar
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 tsp dill
- sprinkle black pepper to taste
- honey (optional)
You can use the same amounts, more or less, play around until you get the taste desired.
