    Apple Cinnamon Bread Pudding recipe


    2 Green apples (peeled, cored, diced into small pieces)
    2 Tablespoon lemon juice
    1 Cup sugar
    1/4 Cup butter
    1/4 Cup raisin (soaked in water, drain)
    1 Teaspoon ground cinnamon
    6 Eggs
    1/2 Cup whipping cream
    4 Cups milk
    1/2 Teaspoon ground cloves
    1/4 Teaspoon vanilla
    1 Loaf toast bread, or Brioche, sliced


    - Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
    - Mix diced apples in a bowl with lemon juice.
    - Combine butter with 1/2 cup sugar in a saucepan over medium heat, until melted and golden color is achieved.
    - Add apples, raisin and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, stir until well combined, remove away from heat.
    - Whisk eggs in a bowl, add whipping cream, milk, sugar and spices, continue beating until smooth.
    - Arrange bread slices in a baking dish; pour egg mixture over bread, top with the apple mixture.
    - Bake for about 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown.
    - Serve warm with ice cream.
