Ingredients
60ml (1/4 cup) Bombay Sapphire gin
Fresh raspberries, to serve
Berry sorbet, to serve
Chilled sparkling wine, to serve

Method
Step 1
Divide the gin among 2 champagne flutes. Add the raspberries and use a fork to lightly crush.
Step 2
Add the sorbet and top with sparkling wine.
