240g (1 1/2 cups) icing sugar mixture
80mls (1/3cup) brandy

Step 1
Beat the butter in a mixing bowl with electric beaters until pale and creamy. Add the icing sugar and continue beating until light and fluffy Gradually add the brandy and beat well until combined.
Step 2
Transfer to an airtight container and store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
