6 pavlova nests (Calais brand)
2 200g containers Fruche Light Forest Berries
2 bananas, peeled, sliced
250g (1 punnet) strawberries, hulled, sliced

Method
Step 1
Lightly crush the pavlova nests into a bowl. Spoon 1/3 of the Fruche into four 250ml (1 cup) serving glasses. Top with 1/3 of the combined bananas and strawberries. Sprinkle with 1/2 the crushed pavlova nests. Top with 1/2 each of the remaining Fruche and fruit, then the remaining crushed pavlova. Top with the remaining Fruche and fruit. Serve immediately.
