    Grilled chicken burgers with sun-dried recipe


    1/2 kilo ground chicken
    1/4 cup bread crumbs
    3 tablespoons sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
    1/4 cup fresh herbs (parsley, cilantro, basil), chopped
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    2 garlic cloves, finely minced
    Salt and pepper
    5 cups water with vegetables and whole spices, for boiling

    For serving
    Sliced potatoes, boiled and fried in little olive oil
    Sliced tomatoes 


    - Mix chicken in a bowl with breadcrumbs, sun-dried tomatoes and herbs.
    - Add onion and garlic and mix to combine, season with salt and pepper.
    - Lay a piece of plastic wrap on a work surface, place chicken mixture in the center.
    - Roll and shape into cylinder, then cover with aluminum foil, seal the ends.
    - Boil in water with vegetables and spices for about 30 minutes or until done.
    - Let cool, unwrap roll and cut into 1 cm thick slices.
    - Preheat the grill on high, brush with oil.
    - Place the slices on hot grill, cook for about 1 minutes per side, or until grill marks appear.
    - Arrange tomato and potato layers then chicken patties on serving plate.
    - Serve with salad and toasted bread.
