    Olive flavored garlic recipe


    - Drain olives and wash with warm water then dry.
    - Heat small quantity of oil; add garlic, thyme, and chili powder.

    - Leave on medium heat for 5 minutes.

    - Heating oil with the previous mixture is to let the oil gain the garlic flavor only. Set aside to cool.

    - Mix green and black olives, put in sterile jar.

    - Add the rest of oil, chopped parsley, thyme, and lemon juice to the oil with garlic, mix well.

    - Pour the oil mixture over the pickled olives, cover the olives totally.

    - Keep olives in cold place for a week before use.


    1 cup pickled black olives
    1 cup pickled green olives

    1/4 cup olive oil

    3 TBSP lemon juice

    5 garlic cloves cut into rounds

    2 TBSP chopped parsley

    1/2 tsp dry powder thyme

    1/8 tsp chili powder
