    Pomegranate Relish recipe


    2 cups pomegranate seeds
    1 Tbsp olive oil
    1 red onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp pomegranate molasses
    2 cups chicken stock
    ½ tsp cinnamon powder
    Salt and pepper to taste


    • Sauté onions in a skillet over medium heat, stirring for 5 minutes.
    • Add pomegranate molasses, stock, cinnamon and season with salt and pepper.
    • Reduce heat and let simmer for 20 minutes, stirring frequently.
    • Add pomegranate seeds, bring to a boil, let it simmer for 5 minutes.
    N.B. (This relish could be served on the side with roasted chicken or duck)
